During the ordering process, we obtain billing, mailing and other information to better serve you as a customer.

Please note that orders are confirmed via e-mail, and we may also contact you via phone, postal mail or email with questions regarding your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We use Stripe to process our payments. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. When you purchase a product online, your credit card is charged when you order, and your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.

Customer privacy is very important to us. We promise responsible handling of all sensitive and personal customer information. We do not sell your information to other companies. The types of personal information collected is: Name, Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information, etc. By using this website you agree to the terms of this policy.

This website takes every precaution to protect our customer and user information. When ordering with Artish Studio LLC we utilize a secure server, that creates a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet.

Any access to our customer database, shipping, order transaction, customer service and billing is individually password protected and is limited to those employees who need to perform specific functions.

TRADE DISCOUNTS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is governed by these terms and conditions below. Please take a few minutes to review these terms and conditions. Your use of the artishstudio.com website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them.

YOUR ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. Artish Studio reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing Artish Studio with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place the order.

SHIPPING

Currently we offer shipping in the US via UPS Ground. If you require special or expedited shipping, please email us at info@artishstudio.com. For local orders, you can choose the Pickup Option to waive the shipping fee and personally pick up your order.

Because our products are hand-made AND made-to-order, you can expect your product to ship within 4-6 weeks after placing your order. We will notify you via email when your product has shipped.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Artish Studio LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

In no event shall Artish Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.

RETURNS

Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Artish Studio, LLC does not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect or shipping error. Orders may be changed or cancelled with approval, prior to shipment.

In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing please email us within 7 days at info@artishstudio.com with your order customer information. All returns must be pre- authorized with an RMA number.

Return shipping charges + 20% restocking fee apply for ALL returns and exchanges and are the customers responsibility no matter what the reason for the return. Artish Studio employees will inspect the product before refund is issued.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Products made by Artish Studio are hand crafted and minor blemishes and imperfections may be visible. These are not considered defects and do not interfere with the quality and function of the product.

UNWRAPPING PRODUCTS

Please take care when unwrapping your furniture to prevent any damage.

ARTISH WARRANTY

Artish Studio LLC guarantees that all products sold from our facilities are free from manufacturing faults and defects at the point of original delivery. We guarantee the materials used to construct our products for a period of 1 year from that date. In the event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy. Please refer to CARE & MAINTENANCE for any questions pertaining to those topics.

It should also be noted that the warranty does NOT cover:

- Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors.

- Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods.

- Changes caused by normal wear and tear.

- Any damage caused by lack of and/or erroneous maintenance (i.e. adhesives or tapes erroneously used on products)

ANY DEFECTS MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY WITH SUPPORTING PHOTOS.
